If within 30 days after installation of the ClubTrak software application, the Software License Purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the full price paid for ClubTrak software provided that all of the following prerequisites are met. |

Private Club (by it's owner or authorized agent) provides a written and signed request for a refund before the 30th day after installation. |

|
Private Club (by it's owner or authorized agent) provides a written and signed statement that the software has been fully removed from all computers, all backup copies have been destroyed, and affirms that no other copies have been made. |
| Any and all payment schedules (if any) listed in the software license agreement have been made on or before the due date. | |
| Other Refund Considerations | |
| Any equipment purchased with the ClubTrak software license, will receive a refund of purchase price paid (less a 25% restocking fee) after equipment has been received in good condition by NTC. | |
